Summary

The ElternGeld Planner reimagines how parents in Germany organize their parental leave — a process traditionally defined by complex forms and rigid checklists. Instead of long dropdowns and static timelines, the experience transforms planning into a 3D journey across islands representing each stage of a child’s growth. Parents receive contextual insights into their baby’s development and can intuitively plan by dragging, dropping, and adjusting periods. A visually rich summary view enables easy submission for approval, while the experience remains fully accessible.

Highlights

A WebGL-based, immersive interface merging emotional storytelling with functional planning; modular logic enabling instant recalculations and visual feedback.

Challenges

Coordinating heterogeneous departmental requirements, translating intricate policy data into an intuitive interface, and maintaining accessibility and multilingual clarity within a high-fidelity experience.

Users can shape their ideal life scenario by customizing personal preferences, discovering tailored insights about lifestyle and career opportunities, and accessing a detailed relocation planner outlining every legal and administrative step. Built in WebGL and fully editable via Storyblok, the experience merges playful storytelling with practical guidance; a rare combination for a government initiative.

Highlights

An interactive 3D simulation of Baden-Württemberg, dynamically connecting personal choices to real-life data and administrative processes, all within an editable WebGL environment.

Summary

The Peugeot Le Mans Experience transformed the brand’s booth at the legendary endurance race into a participatory design playground. Coinciding with the launch of the new 208 and the showcase of the 9X8 race car, the installation invited visitors to become active contributors to Peugeot’s presentation. By scanning a QR code, guests accessed a mobile microsite where they could create live digital artworks using Peugeot’s design language — selecting colors, shapes, and graphic styles inspired by the cars’ aesthetics and racing heritage. Each artwork was displayed in real time on the booth’s main LED backdrop, synchronized with lighting and environmental effects, creating a fully immersive reveal moment.

Highlights

A multi-user, mobile-to-screen experience merging live design interaction with physical space; dynamic lighting and stage integration responding instantly to user-generated content.

Challenges

Delivering the entire project within just 8 weeks, ensuring seamless real-time performance across multiple devices and networks, and synchronizing visuals with lighting and stage systems.

Summary

The Open for More campaign redefined how automotive storytelling meets user creativity. To launch the redesigned Hyundai Santa Fe — featuring its new, expansive tailgate — the experience invited people to imagine where the car could take them, literally. Instead of showing pre-shot landscapes, users generated their own dream destinations through an AI-powered platform that transformed simple wishes into richly detailed images. A custom-trained Stable Diffusion model placed the Santa Fe seamlessly within each generated scene, adapting perspective and lighting to create realistic, shareable results. The experience extended beyond the web into Meta Messenger and Instagram, where users could chat directly with an AI assistant to visualize their next adventure.

Highlights

Among the first global brand activations to integrate custom AI image generation at scale; democratizing creative expression by allowing users to prompt visually within their favorite chat platforms.

Challenges

Translating the web-based generator into Messenger and Instagram while maintaining output quality, ensuring fast and profanity-free image generation, and delivering polished, high-resolution visuals within seconds.
